What Start2Store is
Start2Store is a place to learn cross-border e-commerce by doing it: choosing a product, working out what it really costs, checking the risks, building the store and handling the first orders.
Every lesson explains the reasons behind a choice and the trade-offs, so you can decide for your own situation instead of following a fixed recipe.
What you can use
Lessons: short, practical steps, from your first product idea to after-sales.
Product library: products seen on public marketplace rankings and in supplier catalogues, each figure dated by when it was observed.
Tools: a cost calculator, a product check and a workspace to keep your notes and numbers.
Blog: longer explanations of each part of running a store.
What we do not do
We do not buy, stock, ship or sell products for you. Product data, stock and freight figures can change or contain mistakes, so treat them as a starting point and check before you order. Nothing on the site guarantees a profit or a successful launch.
Where the product data comes from
The product library is collected from public marketplace rankings and from supplier catalogues such as CJ. Each figure shows the date it was observed. We correct errors when we find them; if you spot one, tell us through Feedback.
